License Terms
Standard License
You can’t transfer your license to use Prosociate to any 3rd party. Your Prosociate license is for your own use only, on a single site or an unlimited number of your own websites. depending upon the license you purchased.
Developer License
You can sell sites you create with Prosociate. You must charge at least the current list price of Prosociate “Single SIte” for the sites you sell. You may not transfer your license to use Prosociate for free, or for any less than the highest advertised price of the Prosociate standard license – currently $69.
Your customers may not distribute the license key. Your customers may only use Prosociate on the site that you sold them. Your customer will not be able to obtain support from us, nor may you obtain it on their behalf. They must purchase their own license to get support.
Note: The PHP code in the plugin is released under the GPL. The Prosociate plugin code accesses an API on Prosociate.com to operate certain functions (SaaS) and accessing the Prosociate API without a valid purchased license is explicitly prohibited.
